My knees hurt . . . .


Want to improve your overall health? Then you need to learn to do a few things really well.  Two things that are most important, get yourself up off the ground and pick things up off the ground.
Basically you need to squat and deadlift.
No matter what your age or limitation, you need to be able to do these two things to some degree.
The members that have walked through our door that thought they never could or were too afraid to, either due to their own self imposed limitations or something a doctor said, have found that squatting and deadlifting (properly) has actually helped them. Especially those with bad knees.
